To stop trying to be friends with people who don't make an effort to actually be my friend. This one is very important to me because there are girls I work with that, well, we used to always do things together. This last year they still went out but failed to ever invite me along. One of them even tells me when she sees me once in a while (she doesn't work with me anymore)that she misses me and says we should hang out. Every time, I think to myself, well for someone that misses me, you sure never invite me with you guys go out.
Modify my diet - not in terms of weight loss (would be good!) but more to reduce processed foods, buy local produce where possible etc.

Not quite at the job level yet - this year I want to get a PhD position and get back to studying!
