i hate fighting with M. i feel like its too early to be fighting. it's for stupid shit like he doesnt make enough time for me and i get upset... not that we spend a lot of time together anyway.. its just because of his crazy schedule that i wish he'd find me more of a prioirty in his life that he would WANT to spend more time with me.... :/ there is more to it but i am upset because now he is not responding to my IMs and obviously i won't see him later because he'll be working.
ughhh the joys of dating a cop.

Advice? Well you didn't ask but I wouldn't fight about time....
Just make the time he spends with you so great that he will make time and then don't always be available.

We all hate fighting, NB, but it's going to happen. We all do it. You have to learn how to do it, and how to recover from it.
Speaking as a guy who loves a girl and also has a demanding job, try to give him the benefit of the doubt.
I'm sure he's trying to spend as much time with you as he can. Who wouldn't want to be with the gorgeousness that is the NB?
I also date a cop who works nights and he made sure I knew what I was getting myself into when I started seeing him. We generally only see each other once a weekend and it's goign on 4 years. You have to know what works for you and can't try to change the job. I think that's why alot of relationships involving law enforcement fail.
