Who decides that this just changes?! Can they pay for my tattoo removal!? I honestly wouldn't have thought that they could change. I understand WHY they changed and why another one needed to be added, but it just never occurred to me, and I am sure I am not alone in this feeling, that they would ever be different.
So I was once an Aries with the Aries sign tattooed on my wrist. And now, I am a Pisces, with an Aries tattoo on my wrist. Not fair! All the birthdays in the middle of the months were safe, but beginning and end of the month, everyones got messed up.
I really want to know who was the person that made this decision. And how did the process happen? Did they announce it to the world? Did Obama have to approve this? lol..... like how did this all go down! I want to know! Is there a head astronomer that called the shots?

Now I heard that this only affects people who were born after 2009.... but I cannot find the article online to prove this. Does anyone know any information on that?
