Eat. Pray. Love

{picture}

Have you seen this movie? If not, go see it. Or even read the book. It was great. The meaning to it and what happened throughout were a great lesson and honestly, I wish I could do what she did in it. And maybe I don't just wish it, I actually want to do them. Putting yourself in situations where you are totally uncomfortable and then trying to make it work.

And I absolutely love Julia Roberts, so that automatically won me over.

I only wish I could get a book deal from a publisher to pay for my trip. Seriously, pay me and I will travel wherever you want and write whatever you like. That is an absolutely dream for me! Although I know that most likely will never happen, I will probably just have to take accounts into my own hands and write about places that I go for free, ha ha.

Have you seen this movie or read the book? Give me your opinion.. I would love to hear.

"People think a soul mate is your perfect fit, and that's what everyone wants. But a true soul mate is a mirror, the person who shows you everything that is holding you back, the person who brings you to your own attention so you can change your life.

A true soul mate is probably the most important person you'll ever meet, because they tear down your walls and smack you awake. But to live with a soul mate forever? Nah. Too painful. Soul mates, they come into your life just to reveal another layer of yourself to you, and then leave.

A soul mates purpose is to shake you up, tear apart your ego a little bit, show you your obstacles and addictions, break your heart open so new light can get in, make you so desperate and out of control that you have to transform your life, then introduce you to your spiritual master..."

I loved the movie and the book. I didn't care for parts of the Italy chapter but loved the bali portion. I recently went to Bali and it was as amazing as the movie.

And you are contemplating if you should go to Costa Rica or not? I would have thought that this movie/book would have pushed you further to the decision: to go there.

I wasn't sure, but now I'll check it out. Have you heard the great news on the paperback version of my novel? I'm so excited and would love you to head over to hear. Have a fantastic Monday doll! Kori xoxo

LOVED it! The self discovery...the culture...the time it took to become the real her...all of it...LOVED it!

I'm with you, I want to do it too. The difference is that I have the man of my dreams and I would want to take him with me...he'd go though...and we'd make the most of every single situation I think.

Maybe someday we will...

Much Love,
Mercedes

This was the best movie ever! I absolutely adored it. I, too, would love to travel like she did. It was a brave thing to do, and she was certainly better for it.
