I really wish I didn't have to write this paper right now..

Hey, I enjoyed looking at your blog! I am also 24 and work in advertising. What kind of job do you have and do you enjoy it? What's your secret to losing 8 lbs? STRESS. that is the key seriously!!! ive been so stressed lately and going to the gym and not eating that much that i think that really helped.

ANother thing that really helped was not eating dinner anymore.

I used to like my job.... but i dont anymore. I do advertising for newspaper and the amounts of work that i have to do and not get paid for it anymore is just horrible..

i can never skip dinner. i just love food so much. it really helps that my uni has so many stairs to climb, i get to lose a few grams. lol!

stress and gym time!!! not eating dinner!! that really helps bc the most calories you consume are after 6pm... so if i do eat, i usually only eat guacamole and chips... or grapefruit. its so filling and good for u!

Ahhh...all I seem to be doing is gaining weight, and it's odd because I'm not growing in inches from anywhere just getting heavier on the scale :S weird...the inches will follow, ugh
