Wasn't the climb up Huayna Picchu amazing (and a little scary)?

How did you end up traveling to the ruins? By train? Did you catch the sunrise?

we took the train from cusco, and then in aquas caliente we took the bus up to the top./..... there was no way in hell i was walking up that thing..... it was WAY too muich and i wouldnt have enjoyed the top so much!!

No way! I hiked for 8 hours a day for five days through the Andes to Aguas Calientes, then climbed the stone stairs to catch the sun rise over the ruins. Only five of us from my hiking trip wound up climbing Huayna Picchu after the sunrise. I think we appreciated it that much more after walking until our feet bleed to get there. LOL!
