Have you ever seen The Hills?I rarely watched it, but I was at the nail salon on Saturday and saw the cover of people magazine and was incredibly disgusted.
She was really pretty BEFORE she got ANYTHING done, I don't understand why she would do that. Heidi did TEN surgeries at once. I mean, wow. I couldn't find 1o things wrong with that girl if I tried!!
This picture above was after her first round of surgery...before the 10. And she looked great then.
Now... here you have the most recent one from November, with the 10 procedures. She doesn't even look the same at ALL... her face is so different. I think she looks horrible, in my opinion anyway.
There was absolutely nothing wrong with her before hand. I mean maybe she didn't want to be known as "cute", she wanted to be known as "sexy" but really? To change your face like that when your face is beautiful to begin with, is stupid.

I was shocked when I saw this. This girl def has some mental issues and needs help. This will only get worse - she will never be happy in her own skin. It's sad and sets a poor example for the young girls that watch The Hills.
This is horrific! She's insane. Now she's just bored because Spencer doesn't want to have a baby so she's keeping herself busy with non-sense! Gross.
I read this in People last night and couldn't help but feel incredibly sad for her. She has real issues.
This is ridiculous. She looked better before all the surgeries. Now I can't even recognize her. I wonder how her parents feel when don't even recognize their daughter anymore.

I saw this same magazine and was thinking the same exact thing! she was sooo pretty before, not so much anymore.
she was perfectly fine before everything you are right, how sad that she has done all this to herself, but if she is happy and she can afford it, oh well..
I read the article & tragically she doesnt want to stop here! she goes on & on about "the industry" putting pressure on her, but honestly no offense to her but she's no jennifer aniston she is a reality gal the pressure cant be too great. I mean Carnie wilson got a show just fine =D

Seriously she looks like a guy who had a sex change operation. NO OFFENSE TO ANYBODY. But her face looks like too MUCH. And what's up with DDD boobs. Those babies are he-a-vy.
I'm just so shocked. She was pretty, all natural. Real. And now?! Yuck. I mean, ok, she's the one "wearing" her fake face and all, so she has to love it. It's good if she does. But I just think it's way too much. This is her drug...the always-changing-having-to-have-surgery drug. Who knows. :( Just so sad.
You are so right. She was a very pretty girl, and not she looks like a Barbie-wannabe. It's VERY unappealing.
It's very sad... it seems like she has some deeply rooted self esteem issues. Her attempt of perfection now looks completely ridiculous and I agree that some of these procedures were not even called for.
I get that she want to get a nose job and breast increase but 10 more after that.
WOW... and without help I think she is going to continue esp. when she ages.
BTW her face looks far older now and to think she was pretty to begin with.
